Submission Guidelines
PAPER SUBMISSIONS:
Manuscripts should be prepared according to IEEE standard template. These are available for both Word
and Latex at:
IEEE Templates
CAMERA READY SUBMISSIONS:
The camera ready manuscript should be prepared as a two column pdf file without the page
numbers. Please use the standard IEEE 2 column paper format that can be found at the link above.
Please convert your manuscript to PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress
before submitting it using EDAS to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore. As the conference ID use
"36586x".
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users
2. Enter the following:
• 36586x for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your
account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same
password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
COPYRIGHTS:
You have to electronically submit the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form for your papers. This service
will be provided through EDAS and you will be required to do that while
submitting your camera ready papers.
Before submitting your paper, please register for the conference using on-line registration facility
at:
Registration
REGISTRATION:
Only those papers for which at least one of the authors register for the conference and pay the
registration fee will be included in the final program of the conference and published in IEEE Xplore.
DETAILS OF SUBMISSION:
Please also ensure that all details, like all authors in the right order, and the paper title are included
in EDAS database properly, as those data will be used to generate conference program and the
table of contents for the proceedings. It is not sufficient to include just one author, or if you amend
the title there is a need to change it in the database.
FOR ORAL SESSIONS:
The presentation time will be 15 minutes talk and 3-5 minutes question time.
